   (一)Shandong Digital Design and Manufacturing Engineering Technology Research Center LEADING CADRE: ZHU GUANGMING Shandong digital design and manufacturing engineering technology research center was officially established in 2004 with the approval of Shandong Provincial Department of Education. The center relies on the school of mechanical engineering, Shandong University of Technology. At present, the center has 38 researchers, including 28 doctors and 7 masters, forming a scientific research group led by doctors and professors, among which Professor Lu Bingheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, is employed as the chief expert. Through the integration of the related R & D resources of the school of mechanical engineering, the research center built a research and development platform, and built five specialized research rooms, including the digital design technology research room, the mold CAD / CAM technology research room, the production process information technology research room, the numerical control technology research room, and the special processing technology research room. It has formed a scientific research team with strong scientific research foundation and strong technical development ability. In recent years, the research center has undertaken more than 30 national level projects such as the national "863" program, the national science and technology support program, the National Natural Science Foundation, etc., undertaken more than 40 provincial and ministerial level projects such as the provincial science and technology research projects, the Provincial Natural Science Foundation, etc., undertaken more than 100 enterprise cooperation projects, scientific research funds of more than 30 million yuan, transformed more than 60 scientific research achievements, and achieved social and economic benefits of 300 million yuan. The research center has won one second prize of national technological invention, more than 20 provincial and ministerial scientific research awards, and more than 60 invention patents. The research center has published more than 500 scientific and technological papers and more than 200 retrieval papers. At present, the research center has a large number of high-end equipment, such as advanced high-speed five axis linkage machining center (Germany), rapid prototyping machine (America), high-precision CMM / scanner (Italy), precision CNC EDM machine (Japan), four-dimensional wire-electrode cutting machine, high-precision 3D printer, etc., and its hardware construction is at the leading level in China.
   (二)Shandong Modern Metal Material Forming Engineering Technology Research Center LEADING CADRE: YANG SIYI Relying on the School of Mechanical Engineering of Shandong University of Technology, Shandong Modern Metal Forming Engineering Technology Research Center was established in 2007. After more than ten years of construction and development, the center has continuously integrated resources and gradually formed a research and development platform characterized by new material forming technology, advanced metal materials, high-temperature alloy and heat-resistant steel technology, which promotes the rapid development of machinery, materials and other related disciplines in Shandong Province. The research center constructs the coordination relationship between scientific research institutes and enterprises, and realizes the effectiveness of scientific research results. Transformation and other aspects have made important contributions, and produced greater economic and social benefits. At present, the center has 24 members, including 6 professors, 8 associate professors, 14 doctoral degree members, 1 person with special allowance from the State Council, 1 top professional and technical talents in Shandong Province, and 2 academic backbones and discipline leaders of young and middle-aged people at the provincial level. The research center has gradually formed a scientific research team with reasonable title structure, educational background structure, academic background structure and age level. In recent years, centering on the research direction of new material forming technology, advanced metal materials, high temperature alloy and heat-resistant steel technology, the research center has undertaken 9 national scientific research projects, 17 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects; published 68 papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, 21 of which are included in SCI; published 1 academic monograph; got 24 authorized invention patents. The research center has won 1 second prize of national science and technology progress, one fourth prize of national technology invention, one first prize of science and technology of China's machinery industry, one second prize of science and technology progress of Shandong Province, one third prize of science and technology progress of Shandong Province, one excellent scientific research achievement prize of Shandong University, one third prize of science and technology progress of machinery industry of Shandong Province, etc. The center has always attached great importance to the combination of scientific research and engineering practice, and has always taken the combination of production, learning and research as the driving force for development. The key technology of the project of micro tin high strength ductile iron developed in cooperation with Tianrun crankshaft Co., Ltd. breaks the technical monopoly of foreign countries in the production of high strength ductile iron, so that China's cast iron products have international market competitiveness. The project of vermicular graphite cast iron brake material developed in cooperation with Shandong Zhihui vermicular iron new material science and Technology Co., Ltd. realizes the scale industrialization of vermicular iron high-speed brake disc and automobile brake pad. To solve the key technical problems in the production of aluminum foam, we will realize industrialization in the high-end manufacturing of foam aluminum, and cre ate significant economic and social benefits. The research project of the insulation wear-resistant and anti-oxidation Fe Cr Al alloy material cooperated with the enterprise is to develop a new type of Fe Cr Al alloy material, which is applied to the field of the surface insulation wear-resistant material with good toughness and good economic benefits. Relying on the school of mechanical engineering of Shandong University of Technology, the research center has now cooperated with a number of manufacturing enterprises (Shandong Xinhua Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Qufu Tianbo Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Qingdao Jiayou Mold Technology Co., Ltd., Qingdao Zhongke Haotai New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Wuzheng agricultural vehicle Co., Ltd., Shandong Haoxin Group Co., Ltd., Shengrui transmission Co., Ltd.). The research center has established a school enterprise cooperative research institution, solved a number of key technical problems in the development of the industry, formed a series of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and actively promoted technical achievements, which makes positive contributions to the development of local economy.
(三)  Shandong Optical Fiber Communication Testing Engineering Technology Research Center LEADING CADRE: XU TONGLE Relying on Shandong University of Technology, Shandong Optical Fiber Communication Testing Engineering Technology Research Center is open to the public, taking advantage of the existing comprehensive advantages and basic conditions of scientific research and talents, and actively participating in domestic and foreign scientific and technological cooperation and economic and social construction inside and outside the province. At present, the research center has established close cooperation with more than 10 manufacturing enterprises, and jointly established school enterprise cooperative research institutions. With more than 60 enterprises in the province, the research center has formed strategic alliances in project cooperation, product research and development, talent training, etc. The center mainly studies the photoelectric testing technology, optical information processing technology, optical fiber sensing technology and laser precision measurement technology. At present, the research center has 23 research and technical personnel, including 5 professors, 2 doctoral supervisors, 15 doctors, 1 young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province (Taishan Scholars in Shandong Province), 2 experts with the special government allowance of the State Council. A scientific research team led by professors and doctors has been formed. The total working area of the research center is 530 square meters, including 445 square meters of engineering technology test site (with a total equipment value of 11.4 million yuan), 13 sets of equipment above 50000 yuan( with a value of 4.799 million yuan). The research center has advanced equipment at home and abroad such as CMM, laser Doppler velocimeter, high-speed camera, instrument automatic vehicle, etc. As of 2018, the research center has applied for 16 national level subjects, more than 20 provincial and ministerial level subjects, 17 department level subjects, more than 50 horizontal subjects and more than 16 million scientific research funds in place. 1.Multiple Laser Sources for Communication The multi-channel light source for communication has the international advanced level, which is the first one in China.
