Program Educational Objectives

  The purpose of doctoral education is to cultivate high-level professionals who have a comprehensive development of morality, intelligence and physique, master profound basic theories and systematic expertise in this discipline, have an ability to independently engage in scientific research and make creative achievements in science or technology.

Application conditions

1. We should support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the correct political direction, love the motherland, be willing to serve the socialist modernization drive, abide by disciplines and laws, and have a correct conduct.
2. Persons who have obtained a master's degree; fresh graduates of master's degree (Master's degree must be obtained before entering school at the latest).
3. The physical and mental health conditions meet the school regulations.
4. There are written recommendations from two professors (or experts with equivalent professional and technical titles) who have applied for the examination.
5. The requirements and methods for active servicemen to apply for doctoral candidates shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Political Department of the PLA.
